ADULT DAY SERVICES CENTERS IN MEMBERSHIP WITH CAADS

Updated:  JANUARY 9, 2012

CAADS Provider-Members hold a valid state license, agree to abide by a Code of Ethics, and are screened and approved by the CAADS Membership Committee. While each adult day services program is unique, CAADS Provider-Members share common values: respect for the uniqueness and strengths of each individual, and support for choice and independence.

Each day center designs its own menu of services, but all programs provide age appropriate therapeutic activities, a nutritious meal, social services, and a customized plan of care for each individual. Transportation is provided or arranged. Most programs help families communicate with health professionals and assist with information and referral.

The California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing Division licenses Adult Day Programs (ADP). The California Department of Public Health licenses Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) centers. ADHC centers are required to provide skilled nursing care, physical, occupational, or speech therapy as needed, and skilled psychological services.

CAADS members may complete the WEB LISTING FORM or mark changes on current listing and send to caads@caads.org.

CAADS member centers are listed alphabetically, within city and county.
