CAADS MEMBERS PROVIDING ADULT DAY SERVICES
Alphabetically by county, then city, then center name

Updated: JANUARY 4, 2010

CAADS Provider-Members hold a valid state license, agree to abide by a Code of Ethics, and are screened and approved by the CAADS Membership Committee. While each adult day services program is unique, CAADS Provider-Members share common values: respect for the uniqueness and strengths of each individual, and support for choice and independence.

Each day center designs its own menu of services, but all programs provide age appropriate therapeutic activities, a nutritious meal, social services, and a customized plan of care for each individual. Transportation is provided or arranged. Most programs help families communicate with health professionals and assist with information and referral.

A list of all Adult Day Programs (ADP) licensed by the California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division is available at www.ccld.ca.gov.

Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) programs are licensed by the California Department of Health Services and are required to provide skilled nursing care, physical, occupational, or speech therapy as needed, and skilled psychological services. A list of all licensed ADHC centers is available at www.aging.ca.us.

CAADS members may update their listing by completing a change form or emailing changes to caads@caads.org.
