Two Openings: PROGRAM DIRECTOR  |  ACTIVITY COORDINATOR
San Ysidro Adult Day Health Care Center (opening early 2010)

Seeking experienced Program Director and Activity Coordinator for our new ADHC center opening in the South Bay area.

Qualifications:

PROGRAM DIRECTOR (Full-Time)
  • At least 2 yrs managing an ADHC
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • Current CPR Certification
  • CA Driver License

ACTIVITY COORDINATOR (Full-Time)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Activity Coordinator Certificate
  • At least 2 yrs working in social or recreational program within past 5 yrs, 1 yr of which
    was full time in patient activities program in health care setting
  • Current CPR Certification
  • CA Driver License
