LICENSED CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (Bilingual-Spanish)

San Ysidro Health Center is seeking a full-time, bilingual (English/Spanish) LCSW from an accredited Graduate School of Social Work.

Responsibilities: Member of multidisciplinary assessment team. Performs psycho/social evaluations. Develop and implement individualized care plans. Develop general program of mental health for group socialization. Preferably experience with elderly population.
