The California Association for Adult Day Services (CAADS)
is the leading statewide association advocating for public policies
that support the growth and quality of adult day services and
community options. CAADS strives to encourage quality, efficiency,
leadership and innovation by providing timely information, technical
assistance, education, and business technology. CAADS is a non-profit
501(c)6 mutual benefit organization.

Quality and Standards
CAADS members pledge to uphold the highest quality of standards. Members agree to abide by the Bylaws, Code of Ethics, Anti-Trust and other policies of CAADS including decisions of the Ethics Committee, Membership Committee and other duly constituted CAADS committees.
Membership Dues
Membership dues vary based on type of program and category:
Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Membership 2008 Dues Rates and Fact Sheet
Adult Day Program (ADP) Membership 2008 Dues Rates and Fact Sheet
Associate Membership 2008 Dues Rates and Fact Sheet (consultants, vendors, other organizations not providing Adult Day Services).
Dues are paid each membership year, which runs from January 1 to December 31. New Members pay dues according to when they join:

Application Process
To apply for membership, fill out a Membership Application and return it to the CAADS office. Application for membership will be processed when application, all required attachments, and related dues payment are received. All incoming memberships are considered Provisional Membership, pending review and approval by the CAADS Membership Committee at its monthly meeting. After application is approved, the applicant will be mailed a New Member packet, membership certificate and membership ID number. In the event application is declined by the Membership Committee, notification will be made by mail and refund issued.
Instructions for Completing the Membership Application
Please read all instructions carefully. Print or type on all forms. Incomplete applications will be returned unprocessed. CAADS charges a $35 processing fee for returned checks.
